Clean, great view, well located, and easy access to beach and pool. All appliances worked great. Owners were very communicative and outlined their very reasonable expectations in a kind and friendly way. They responded quickly if we had questions. There was plenty of space for our family of five, with the couch bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. We would (and probably will) definitely stay here again. ##### Whitney E. We had a slight problem upon checking in, but it was handled immediately and professionally by Lisa the property manager and the cleaning folks. The unit was beautiful, and the ocean front balcony was the perfect place for amazing sunsets. We really enjoyed our time here! We just never tired of the view from the balcony! Some things in the apartment could use updating (table and chairs that would better fit our 5-person family), but it really is well located to beach access, parking spot, and hot tub. The pool was freezing cold, but perhaps this is still due to hurricane damage? Location to Johns pass and Publix was very convenient. Beach was full of treasures! It was clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive. The views were amazing. Some of the best sunset photos i have ever taken. The location is great. We did visit after Hurricane Milton so things were limited but it did not deter us from having a great time. The host and the building management did a great job with the clean up. ##### Barbara C. My family has stayed at Sunset Vistas for the last 7 years and this is by far our favorite room. None of the other 3 rooms we have used compare. The hosts were quick to respond, accommodating to our early arrival. They were very friendly and called right away when I had issues getting into the room. Every bed, the couch and chair were so comfortable. We brought beach toys and chairs but we didn’t have to, there were multiple chairs and lots of toys for my 3 kids. The price was comparable to others at the resort. I used the high deck chairs every morning to take in the view. All the pots, pans, dishes and silverware we needed. We hope to book with them again next year. The unit is well equipped, including beach supplies, and the resort has a nice pool, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, and immediate access to the beach...nothing beats wandering out the back and you're right on a wonderful beach. The location of Sunset Vistas is great....just down the road from John's Pass. The view was worth the trip in itself. Check in was seamless and the condo had everything one could ask for. Pool areas were great and really enjoyed the hot tubs as well. Lisa/Chad were very responsive to our few questions and we could not have had a better experience. We all had a great time. Every morning we got up and would watch the sunrise. Beach was not crowded. Water clear with lots of fish to see while snorkeling. Saw dolphins and lots of different birds.
