When we needed to come back down to the area for family over my daughter's birthday she said we had to stay at the lake house with the pool and we all agreed. The house is comfortable for our family of four to be together and spacious enough to not be on top of one another. We were able to walk to downtown to get coffee and watch the holiday parade and again easy to just walk out the door and go for a run on the Greenway. We will likely be back again.

Another great trip to Safety Harbor

We have been guests here several times. Very happy to see that the house has been nicely repaired since last year's storms. We like everything about the house and the location. The owner, Tina, is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Hope to get back soon.

Safety Harbor is a nice little town only a few blocks from the property. The house is spacious and back deck and pool area are great with beautiful sunsets over the lake.

Wonderful holiday home

Excellent location on a lake and overlooking Tampa Bay across the road fronting the property. House was very well equipped with all practical amenities and lovely pool and hot tub. Plenty of rooms for family to disperse around and it came with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of utensils and crockery. All round it was a practical second home environment for a family gathering and we all had a terrific Christmas week here.

A wonderful place to stay in Safety Harbor.

This was a wonderful property to stay at in Safety Harbor. The place was clean and the location wonderful. The pool was magnificent and the deck on the lake breathtaking. We enjoyed seeing alligators, turtles, fish and all sorts of wildlife from the deck. The A/C stopped working on our second day, but was immediately fixed with minimal disruption to our stay. This was a fantastic place to stay.

Needed Relaxation

Our stay was wonderful at this beautiful home. This is our third year renting and it is always so hard to leave. Very relaxing to enjoy the sights of the lake and cooling off in the refreshing pool. The town has so much to offer with great restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay!

We loved the home and location. While the weather didn’t cooperate, the pool and hot tub looked amazing. When there was an issue with the plumbing (which can happen anywhere), they were there within minutes to fix the issue. Hope we can stay here again soon!!

The house was very nice and much the way I thought it would be. Unfortunately, the weather was not good but that was no ones fault. I do believe there could have been some upgrades with the sheets and towels and washcloths. East to get good ones from Home goods . I would have liked it a little closer to downtown.

Safety Habor was amazing!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The location is perfect. As a active parent with small kids and family that enjoys everything being walkable it's absolutely perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk to a amazing park. 15 minute walk to the pier and shops / restaurants. Loved the hot tub. Will be returning.

Perfect Family Spot

This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation for my husband's birthday. It was central to other family who live in the area and were able to easily come visit us. The Ping-pong, foosball tables, pool and fishing gave everyone something to do. The house was clean and easy to access. There were a few odd things missing, like wash clothes and dishwasher soap. We also had a water emergency during our stay, but the property owner was quick to respond late at night on a Sunday to get it fixed quickly. Overall an amazing weekend for our family and many memories were made. Highly recommended!

Second year using this house. Plan to make it three. House is short walk from shopping, food, entertainment area of Safety Harbor. Lots of room in family areas. Very functional kitchen. Bedrooms are good size. House is well taken care of. Nice, clean pool with plenty of accesories, and hot tub. Tina was very accessible and handyman, Liam, is super. If any negatives, and this is nitpicking... Probably need some new pillows and mattresses, as they are kinda worn out. Maybe midsize pots and pans in kitchen.

Another amazing stay with Tina

Second time around for our family and once again it did not disappoint. Tina is a fantastic host and sees you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I mailed her twice via VRBO and she responded & rectified immediately. We had a huge storm above the house that knocked out the aircon, Tina had it resolved in less than an hour at 8pm on a Saturday. Now the house & location. Perfect location for us with the lake (fishing & daydreaming) and the town up the road for easy entertainment/dining. The house is spacious (we had 3 in there this time, 5 last) with fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms. There's really nothing we would change. Thank you Tina!
