Great location and comfortable room. Walk to the beach is easy and just across the street. We enjoyed our stay. The pullout couch bed had no sheets anywhere in the condo and the floors were not very clean but kitchen, beds, and showers/bathrooms were clean. We would stay here again.

The good part was that we were upgraded after we had to climb to 2nd floor because elevator was out. Didn't realize I booked the bay side, when I wanted gulf side. Pictures look identical. The unit is updated except the living room furniture. Some dusting could have been taken care of on dining light fixture and bathroom exhaust. Sunset view was spectacular.

The bedrooms were nice and this has plenty amenities within the room. I don’t think the description provides enough information for what the unit offered. Stackable W/D 2 Bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms Kitchenette - oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot (needs filters), toaster, and a few dishes, cutting boards, & knife set The walk to the beach is directly across the street. With access to the other property’s pool and sun deck.

We had a nice stay; however, the description about the room was not 100% accurate. The room listed with a king bed and a queen bed, but it turned out that the second bed was a full size. Therefore, it was not comfortable for our young-adult children. I wish the master bed room shower had a shelf, so I could place shampoo, conditioner, and body wash etc. and the bath room vanity could be larger, so my husband and I both could put our toiletries all together. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious and staff was kind.

Horrible ! We got to our room to find the floor was filthy - dirty and full of sands . Bottom of our feet were black within minutes . I tried calling the number on paper they gave us at check in - kept doing they to sunset vistas and no one there would help me .. kept saying to keep trying that number or go to check in which was in separate bldg and across gulf Blvd … definitely not going to be a repeat customer!!!!!

Room was ready when we got there. We've stayed here before, many times. The room is always clean. The staff has always been friendly. Free parking onsite. Full kitchen including laundry in room. Views are great of the marina and ocean view on the other side. Will definitely go back again.
