Located just off of picturesque M22, but quietly tucked away with woodland, wildlife, and creek setting, this home is a short .2 mile walk to the Elmwood Twp Marina and Park, as well as walkable/bikeable to several desirable restaurants. Brand new listing! Recently remodeled – fresh paint and wide-plank hardwood maple flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinet faces, quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash. The master suite includes a large walk-in closet, and built-ins. Modern amenities such as USB outlets. There is an attached garage with one stall plus storage.
