Not that close to the beach or waterfront from what I could tell. It is $20 for overnight parking. If you do the check-in process ahead of time like you're supposed to, I can't see how you could have any issue. All in all it’s fine. Rooms were clean. Check in and out were a bit more of a hassle than a standard hotel in my opinion - the ID verification takes a bit- but it’s not difficult. The room felt sterile, more like an upscale hostel. A small mini fridge and microwave were available. Area felt safe. Parking is off site in a ramp for about $20, so add that to the room cost. This is something I didn't catch until after I had already completed my reservation. There is no parking lot at all for this hotel. There is a parking structure relatively close that you can park overnight but it's $21 a night to park there. The hotel itself is very walkable to shops and bars and restaurants so that was very nice. There aren't any amenities really on site like a pool or restaurant or bar. There is a very cool rooftop terrace though that you can sit and overlook the city and even be able to see the water.
