This is our go-to place to stay in Traverse City. If you are looking to be right downtown then this is the place to be. Property feels brand new - tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, fully functional kitchen, spacious bathroom. The bayview one bedroom suites have a wonderful view of the water.

Room was excellent. Very clean and upgraded. Loved the view from the rooftop patios. Great location near the bay and restaurants and shops. $50 for nightly parking seems a bit much. Would recommend to others to stay here.

The unit which is actually an apartment was absolutely beautiful a full kitchen with a washer dryer so clean like brand new. It was great communicating with the host and I was able to check in early. Great location we walled everywhere. I give this place 1000% amazing.!!!!

I had no trouble with the fact that this is a fully automated building. Check in went fine and was even able to request early access to my room, which I got. The room itself was really nice, large, clean and had access to a roof top deck. Overall very happy with the room and location. Would definitely book here again.

The location is absolutely perfect with access to all that Front Street has to offer. Walk a few blocks to the wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and retail shops. Or to the beach of Lake Michigan. 10/10!

Outstanding unit. Immaculate and beautifully appointed with a kitchen, a full size stove and refrigerator including a dishwasher. A little learning curve checking in virtually. Thank goodness for the outdoor outlets as my phone died while trying to check in. I highly recommend the property.

Building is brand new. Suite was Even More spacious than expected, 😀which is nice. View of the water on 4th floor was a plus. Could open windows get fresh air and hear gulls (the “sound trac of beach vacations for me). Location was outstanding. Lovely space, kitchen had Tea bags and several coffee pods, sweetener, to get you going. Stylish coffee maker and tea kettle. Little gift basket too, with snacks & water was also nice touch. Nice surprise for those with modern electric transportation was that the Larry Hardy Parking structure a block away has 7 good free! level 2 chargers (7kW) and is the rare location that permits parking overnight. Also the even closer to the building is parking lot T(?) with four 11kW chargers (for $). This was likely the very best place we’ve stayed at in TC. Been coming up to TC ever other year since 2000. 👍

Really nice clean place! Highly recommended. What I did not like was the facial scan to get access to the property which was dystopian. They also wanted me to upload my license unlike hotels that just look at your ID. Now if they guaranteed not to keep face / ID that would be cool with me.

The check in process was a bit complicated...but the text walking me through it was clear and just involved a few steps to follow. The parking was very confusing though but I called the phone number provided and they talked me through it kindly and competently. The apartment was very nice and very clean and very spacious!

Beautiful facility, comfortable bed and well equipped unit with a kitchen and laundry. Good location right downtown. The only down side is the lack of on site parking. Nearest parking garage was only a block or so away, but leaving early in the morning during a snowstorm and having to drag a suitcase that distance was less than ideal.
