"This hotel was AMAZING! Not only is it a beautiful, immaculate place, but the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had the best time. The buffet breakfast was the absolute best I have ever seen...not only is the buffet selection fantastic, but there made to order coffee bar and breakfast were so tasty! Smoked salmon eggs Benny, waffles with fruit syrups 😋. I wish I could have stayed longer! DEFINITELY STAY HERE!"

"Great hotel, great price. We were travelling on our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond for us. They quickly prepared our room despite it being very early, since we had arrived from Sapa on the overnight bus, so we could rest and clean up. We also enjoyed some well-made cocktails made by Peter at the Sky Bar. The staff at every operation were kind and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again. "
