"When we arrived the staff welcomed us very kindly. The place is preaty, they have a pool open lately. The breakfast was excellent!!! The only thing I complained is about the bigs cobwebs in all the hallways, also inside our rooms, the floors wasn't cleaned at all and the headboard was covered in dust. On our first morning, we saw a cockroach, which was not at all pleasant for me. Otherwise, the place is comfortable and very conveniently located for tourist spots and parks. We only stayed for two nights, so it served its purpose well."

"We’ve been to Gatlinburg and this by far was the best place we’ve stayed at! Becky was great from the beginning to the end. The cabin was clean, in a perfect spot by the pond and easy to get to about anywhere you wanted to go in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would for sure!!"
