Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Nice, stripped-down hotel with only the basics, but doing well at that. If all you need is a cozy room and a nice place, this is for you. Good location, too.

Clean, great views across London

Really modern and clean. Fantastic amenities and cute little extras to make the trip more comfortable. It is near to the train line but ear plugs are provided and they don’t run all night (not that I was aware of anyway!)

Bob W ticked all my boxes for a recent work visit in London. Advanced online check in was super simple with clear instructions provided closer to the arrival date. Apartment was clean, spacious and surprising quiet and relaxing given the city location. Great apartment for short stays, convenient location for central London

We discovered once into our room that the bed was not a king size bed as booked so went downstairs to ask why. The initial response was that the bed was as booked but measurements prices otherwise. I spoke to Quentin the manager on duty and he was amazing. He apologised for the mistake and moves us to another room, bigger room, and provided a drink voucher each and breakfast.
