\- Situé au coeur du quartier Ponts Jumeaux, à proximité de Airbus Saint-Elois, l'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, au 4ème sans ascenseur.  
  
\- Un salon convivial avec table et chaises, canapé, fauteuils, table basse et télévision, wifi haut débit (fibre).  
  
\- Une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur-congélateur, micro-ondes, four, plaque de cuisson, bouilloire, ustensiles de cuisine, batterie de casseroles et poêles, cafetière expresso (dosettes non fournies), lave-linge (lessive non fournie).  
  
\- Trois belles chambres avec lit double (140x190cm), espaces de rangement et bureaux.
