Just perfect. Breakfast was substantial and excellent quality. The ambience of this hotel was so serene and calm. Highly recommend.

Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast. Really enjoyed our 6 nights at Lodge Morrena. The reception staff (Valentina, Denise and Javiera) were excellent. So friendly, nothing was too much trouble, great guidance on what to do in the park etc etc. One morning our car had a puncture. Rather than miss what we had planned for the day, Valentina gave us a car we could use for the day (no charge). Whilst we were having fun, the puncture was sorted. Amazing service. The hotel was so beautiful and the staff too! Everyone was soo kind! Its is stunning and im so grateful to have stayed there. My reasoning was the base of the towers hike as this hotel shaves some of the distance off and you can relax! Great spa and great excusions too. The horses coming in and out are the most amazinf view ever!

Very unique hotel, but too expensive

Views from the garden, right by the river side, excellent food and beverages options with scrumptious breakfast and delicious buffet/ a la carte dinner. Although pricey, but worth it.

Lovely hotel integrated within buildings previously a large industrial site, creating an interesting juxtaposition between industrial past and current first class hotel. Our room was large with an amazing view of the fiord. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar provided great choices of high quality food and drink. So glad we had the chance to stay here.
