Just perfect. Breakfast was substantial and excellent quality. The ambience of this hotel was so serene and calm. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Very relaxing. Excellent lounge with great view. Very good breakfast

Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast. We had to go early so they made us a packed breakfast and you also get a packed lunch. The quality of domes was excellent and do body. Staff were excellent and only negative...

Perfect hospitality- this hostel is run like a dream! Everything is designed for trekkers coming and going to Torres del Paine. Spotlessly clean room, loads of hot water, early breakfast box provided for those going to the park on the early bus. You can leave stuff there for free while you are trekking if you are going back there afterwards. There are loads of hostels in Natales but I can’t fault this one. Fabulous relaxed breakfast on the day of departure post W trek. Excellent!

Really enjoyed our 6 nights at Lodge Morrena. The reception staff (Valentina, Denise and Javiera) were excellent. So friendly, nothing was too much trouble, great guidance on what to do in the park etc etc. One morning our car had a puncture. Rather than miss what we had planned for the day, Valentina gave us a car we could use for the day (no charge). Whilst we were having fun, the puncture was sorted. Amazing service. The evening food options were wide and all excellent. Maybe a little...

If you’re staying over in Puerto Natales I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It exceeds expectations on every level. We stayed in room 12 which overlooked both the main street and also the sea, it being dual aspect. Great value for money and a free welcome drink greated us at the bar located on the 4th floor.

Good hotel and friendly staff. Nice rooms. But can not recommend as too close to main road and thus noisy. We slept very poorly

Great breakfast and service. Great place to be based for a couple days to go hiking

The hotel was so beautiful and the staff too! Everyone was soo kind! Its is stunning and im so grateful to have stayed there. My reasoning was the base of the towers hike as this hotel shaves some of the distance off and you can relax! Great spa and great excusions too. The horses coming in and out are the most amazinf view ever!

We had a great stay.

Lovely hotel integrated within buildings previously a large industrial site, creating an interesting juxtaposition between industrial past and current first class hotel. Our room was large with an amazing view of the fiord. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar provided great choices of high quality food and drink. So glad we had the chance to stay here.

Very chique boutique hotel with great breakfast, warm welcome, some lovely dogs and clean extremely comfortable hotel. Staff were great and very relaxed.
