The view from the balcony of the bridge was lovely and the room was very warm.

Lovely rooms, comfy beds and quiet air con 😎

We parked on the street nearby. Super friendly and professional staff. Large rooms - great bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Not for someone who wishes for a room with a view, but excellent otherwise.

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean & nice for a relaxing break. Food also very good & staff very friendly & helpful.

Excellent

our second stay at hotel. Another brilliant experience.

What a charming, and perfectly located hotel. Shower was good and powerful. Room was sizeable and airy with good bed comfort. In the heart of the old town which is so charming. Would definitely recommend

This was an exceptional hotel. There isn't one thing I can say negative about it. Really high end. Looked and smelt great. Food and facilities were fabulous.

Checl in went smooth with the clear instructions. Our premier room was spotless clean. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Bedding was nice and soft. Large shower was powerful. Air con/heat worked perfectly. Just needs a double socket by the bed so we can use our phone chargers and bedside lamps at the sams time. Location is 10/10

Amazing staff

Great breakfast. Lovely power shower. Comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely stay. Very clean on arrival and daily housekeeping - All staff from reception to housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating. Great sleep just needed an extra pillows which was provided on request. Rooms were quiet and spacious with great air conditioning. Fantastic location!! Walkable for various highlights and restaurants/shops and very easy tram/bus access to beautiful San Juan beach. Breakfast buffet had a fairly good variety and plenty seats. Pool was perfect - Good sun from...
