"Front desk staff very friendly and attentive, always someone there to ask a question. Breakfast included is well worth it - expansive selection for buffet breakfast and everything very fresh. Pastries, juice selections, tropical fruits and some apple/orange/banana to grab and go for day, variety of nuts for oatmeal or Greek yogurt and very friendly staff again. Room was clean with high functioning AC unit. Massive bathroom with full bath, two showers and toilet/bidet. Restaurants nearby all excellent and walking distance. Very happy with our stay and would recommend!"

"Safe & very comfortable stay in Rome with a fantastic walkable location! From the moment we arrived the staff was very attentive to our every need. Bags were taken up to our room and we were shown how to use the AC unit and electric window blinds. The staff helped us to navigate where we wanted to visit and a great restaurant for lunch and even a barber for my husband. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of items and I was happy to see even a basket with gluten free bread and goodies! We walked easily down to the colosseum and even over to Trevi Fountain. We rented the triple room. It was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The air conditioning was struggling on the really hot days (90s+) to keep the room cool but when it rained and the temp outside dropped it cooled sufficiently. One warning about booking through Expedia: On their information for the triple room it shows a private balcony but that is not available with every triple room! Not the hotel’s fault because there website clearly states that fact. Had another issue with Expedia this year with not communicating the location of the room we booked with the hotel. But all being said we were very happy and glad we could access the rooftop when we wanted to just sit outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air! We enjoyed the rooftop view of the city and even got one sunset. All the staff is very hardworking from the front desk, house keeping and the breakfast staff! Would definitely stay here again!!"
