"Location, location, location! The hotel is a bit antiquated, but so is everything in this area. A very easy walk to the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, & Trevor Fountain. Sara and the entire staff were delightful! Elevator was pretty cool too. Many restaurants, shops, and a convenient stores nearby."

"Front desk staff very friendly and attentive, always someone there to ask a question. Breakfast included is well worth it - expansive selection for buffet breakfast and everything very fresh. Pastries, juice selections, tropical fruits and some apple/orange/banana to grab and go for day, variety of nuts for oatmeal or Greek yogurt and very friendly staff again. Room was clean with high functioning AC unit. Massive bathroom with full bath, two showers and toilet/bidet. Restaurants nearby all excellent and walking distance. Very happy with our stay and would recommend!"

"From the moment we reached their front steps...we were greeted ever so warmly. We expressed we didn't have time to fully check in, and head to our suite, for we had a tour to meet...and our Taxi was waiting just outside. We dropped our luggage, staff expedited the check in, and offered us water to have while on our tour. Suggesting water to take with us, was such a nice touch! Once we returned, after a long day, our bags were already waiting in our room. Although, we had a lovely view. We missed the view of the colosseum we thought we'd booked based on the photos. The staff was an absolute pleasure! They were exceptional and so was our stay! Thank you!"

"Very nice older hotel in a fantastic location. The staff is very friendly, hotel and rooms are clean. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the air conditioning. Outside temps were around 98F, and our air cond. couldn't keep up. Either under sized or in need of maintenance. We had two rooms; the room for our adult children was very cool but ours was not. The staff provided a fan which helped, but just. Despite the air cond. issue, I highly recommend this hotel."
