"The room was modern and looked great but did have a smell in the bathroom and drawers were crooked and looked to be broken in the entry. The hallways on the 19th floor looked dated however the staff were awesome. I left for the day and came back and my room was neat and tidy. The front staff offered me their limo service when I had trouble with my phone/uber. They helped me not be late for my flight. I would recommend this hotel !!"

"The rooms are getting very tired. The beds are doubles, I slept on the pullout couch as the two of us were not comfortable at all in the tiny bed! Overall it's OK but not worth the $$ we had to pay this weekend (lots of sporting and other events on). Staff however were very friendly and welcoming. "

"This hotel is ok but has some kinks to work out. Things seem nicely appointed at first but details like the soap dish (its impossible to grab the soap out of it after a couple of uses) seem like they prioritize form over function. We hung the sign to have our room cleaned while we were out and when we came back the sign was completely removed but our room hadnt been touched. I also noticed the duvets are just sandwiched between sheets instead of proper covers. Not a huge issue when the bed is tightly made but seems unhygenic when the bed is unmade and reused. Communication between hotel departments seemed to be disconnected which led to delays of us getting our room and cleaning services. Would actually rank lower but i am giving it an extra star for its convenient location and the fixtures being new. "
