This property was immaculate and the location was ideal for our trip. Property was well secured and it was very quiet. Property had everything as described on Expedia property description. As with anywhere there were a few minor issues which upon contacting Sam he gave further instructions and it was resolved. Example of an issue was the futon which would not lay flat due to the mechanism needing to be reset, however with a hard push and pull back it worked. Sam was exceptional, he answered our calls and text messages. He provided check in instructions, property rules few days before and check out instructions the day before check out. Overall, this was an accommodative property and highly recommended.

The area was great. Staff let us check in real early so that was a plus. But the place was a bit dirty and it seems like it needs some maintenance work.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is very convenient. We could walk to the CN Tower in 10 minutes. The property itself was clean, spacious, bright and properly managed. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. Sam and his management team were very responsive. We would highly recommend this property.

We ended up being moved to another property but is was in a great area and easy access to our event. Saturday we ended up with no water but a call to Sam and they brought us over some water. But that was our only hiccup.
