This place is a hidden gem. From the outside looking in you'd think it's not great. The rooms are clean, the showers are nice, and the beds are super comfy. Pound for pound it's a killer lil place Don't let the price s are you off.

The price was right. However, the exterior of the hotel should be cleaner and the inside smell of the hotel could be nicer. The smell of Asian seasoning was over powering. The manager and an employee had a tiff in the open for all to see which was not kosher. The manager could have pulled the employee aside in an office to handle the situation better. Outside of that, the rest of the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Outdated rooms..bedding was clean at least. Shower drain was clogged so you have to use less pressure or stop the water to let it drain and star again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The kitchenette studio was a waste of money. Continental breakfast was minimal. But couldn't figure out how to make coffee. They had a nice selection of food items for sale in the lobby for a late night snack or something.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by one staff member at this hotel. The way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable, and it made my stay uncomfortable. Good customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, and I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper customer service training to prevent similar experiences for other guests.

The maintenance and upkeep for the facilities and building is nonexistent. Mildew in and around the bathtub, some of the outlets in our room didn’t work, the blackout curtains had dozens of small to large holes in it so light would pour in, dirty carpets in the hallways, the pool looked infectious, our room overlooked a dumpster and there were dozens of pigeons roosting over the parking. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Spend the extra $30 a night and get a hotel that has standards.
