We had a fantastic stay from start to finish at Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku! The staff was welcoming, the room (although small like most hotel rooms in Japan), it was stylish and comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa—spacious, modern, and a true highlight. Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation.
