They also had difficulty granting accessibility request. Front desk is often unavailable. Perhaps I stayed in a very busy weekend? Check-in is online and you have to do it yourself, so basically there is no personal contact if not necessary. When I arrived there was someone at the front desk but they are not there often. So when a problem happened there was no one there to contact. The first night I stayed a big part of the electricity went out (no reading lights, no wifi, no AC, no warm water, no light in toilets or showen). This went on till 11am the next morning. There was no one to contact and we got no info about when this problem will be fixed if someone was even doing something. I contacted the hotel by mail (as this was the only contact info I had) and never got any response.
