We asked them to keep multiple large and heavy pieces of luggage till our departure after checkout, but they were very accommodating. -- Very clean and kept nicely although the facility shows its age. -- Free laundry use (need to pay for the detergent if you don't bring any) Two washers and dryers. -- Supermarket next door. Very convenient for takeout food/drink. -- Close to Kamata station and shops nearby. Many choices for eateries and shopping. Cons: -- Our room was pretty small. It was hard to go around for two people with two large suitcases on the floor. -- One of the routes to/from the station has quite a few hostess bars and there were people standing outside in the evening (to lure customers in?).
