The property was clean, location was close to Shinjuku Stn South Entrance (for 1st timer to lavigate around Shinjuku and walk to Shabuya etc.) Air condition work perfectly, the room is abit tiny. It ok for petite tourists but maybe not for tall tourists. I think it manageable for tourists who dont mind. Overall, great stay.

Very pleasant staff, building and appreciated the system in storing bags. However, the room was far too small. If you have no luggage, then no problem. Cut our stay short due to this.

It is business hotel. The room was too small but worked for us for the price and the purpose. Need to walk 10 minutes to reach restaurants and train stations. It is in the center of business district!

Nice hotel with stop in front if taking limousine bus from Narita airport. Just a bit of a walk to Shinjuku train station. Below hotel has many restaurants and shops.

Great location! Walking distance from everything and the subway is very close too. Clean and helpful staff. The beds are a bit smaller than expected but we are from the USA. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed staying at Shinjuku Washington Hotel with my family for 4 nights in August of 2026. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the quality of food was great. It’s also so convenient to Shinjuku Station and all the restaurants, bars and shops surrounding the area. A must stay if you’re in Shinjuku City. The only issue I have was that the bathroom is so small and not ideal for those 6’3 and above. Stay here, I highly recommend Shinjuku Washington Hotel in Tokyo.

Lots of places to eat, and several convenience stores in this hotel. Wonderful breakfast buffet and a beautiful view from the restaurant at the top.

The hotel was very old and appeared to give dorm vibes. It was not modern as the pictures showed. However the Hotel building offered lots of restaurants, shopping , gym and laundry.
