Oh how I wish we'd stayed longer! What a perfect little spot. It's a little walk to Shinjuku station but we didn't mind as it was very quiet! We were greeted warmly and shown everything in our room. Slept great. Thank you so much!

A much better option than being in a big city hotel or an expensive big chain hotel. The room was cosy and comfortable. Could have done with a tiny bit more bench space for preparing snacks and our bags had to go on the floor. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Not many TV options.

Wonderful room that had all the essentials as well as a friendly owner in the building who made check-in super easy. My only regret is not staying longer! Highly recommended.

Cozy out of the way place that is clean and plesant stay. Not far from the train station so it is easy to get around tokyo. Stafff is super friendly and helpful.

The Studio Inn had all amenities needed for a 3 nights stay in Tokyo, Nespresso, fridge, microwave, mini kitchenette and washer and dryer to use at no charge. Located close to Shibuya area about 15 minutes by bus. Walking distance to Denny’s , 7 eleven and the Oprea court that also has restaurants and coffee shops.

I chose this particular place for comfort, location, away from busy street fronts but still easily accessible, and other features. You have a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and stovetop. Traveling with my daughter so needed some extra amenities including laundry facilities. Great place, great host Akira. Lovely organic tea place across the street. Walk to Tokyo Opera tower which has lovely stores and architecture. Overall, very happy with this first time to Japan stay!

Great place, good location
I had an amazing 4 days staying here. The place was newly-built and super clean. It is about 20min walk from Shinzuku station. The owner was really nice and helpful. If I ever went back to Tokyo, I will def go back there. I highly recommend.

We stayed in November. The closest train station is about 5 min walk that has a direct train to Shinjuku. There is free laundry and drying services, room, toilets are very clean and comfortable with the usual Japanese gadgetry. Comfortable beds and pillows. Owners are friendly and can speak English well. There’s only few restaurants within Short Ealing distance so for good food you will need to travel out. Overall will recommend for a comfortable stay.

Feel like home
We checked in late but the host is very accommodating. She is hospitable and shows us the room and the amenity within. She is also very helpful in giving us direction to the local transportation and restaurants. I will definitely consider staying at the same hotel if I visit Tokyo again.

This apartment style hotel is only 40 minutes walking from Harajuki which is the downtown core shopping district. It's very clean. Slightly smaller looking than the picture. The laundry machine is available for use, free of charge.

We had a wonderful stay here and would happily stay again. It is equipped with everything you need - kitchen essentials, toiletries, laundry facilities, USB sockets, hairdryer, tea and a welcome pack of rice crackers. All new high quality appliances and spotlessly clean. There is a metro station closeby but we opted to walk to Shinjuku station most days which is a bit longer (10-15 mins) but better if you have a JR pass. By the end of our stay it felt like home and we felt like locals!

The costuner services privided to us was bey9nd excellent. Very clean place. Free laundry service with the push of two buttons and 60 mins after washed and dry. Desk man was very polite and kind very helpful. Only thing was the wifi connextion was a hit poor but other than that everything was great. Def a 5 star rating and would visit again thank you for your service

Great stay at Studio Inn Nishishinjuku.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Studio Inn Nishishinjuku. The room size was good enough for two people and equipped with everything needed to make it feel like your very own apartment room. Having the option to cook your own food with a stove and pots and pans was great. Cutlery and plates are also available as well as a fridge and a microwave. Another free perk was access to a washer, dryer and iron. The area is quiet, away from tourist and has enough eating options and supermarkets. The owner even helped out with providing information on sights to see. It’s a short walk from Hatsudai station. I will definitely stay again if I am in the Hatsudai area.

Great Hotel. Great city!
Very clean and comfortable stay. The walk to Shinjuku Station isn’t that long nor is the walk back to the hotel after dinner or a night out. Great bath and the room is quite spacious for Tokyo.

This was wonderful and clean! As an added bonus for tourists, one of the owners is a fluent English-speaker. Both owners are very friendly and helpful. The mattress was very firm, but the room was otherwise comfortable.

Great place to stay. Small but cozy, clean, comfortable, well-equipped modern rooms. Owner-operators are fantastic...family run business with a family feel. They were very invested in ensuring we had a great stay. Free laundry a great perk! Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay in a brand new hotel. I spent 4 nights in the inn in Room A, which had a nice view of the Shinjuku area. It’s a 6 minute walk to the nearest subway station, and 14 to Shinjuku Station. The famous park Hyatt is 2 minutes away and it’s also the nearest limo bus stop to make getting to and from the airport super easy. The owner was incredibly helpful with her communication and help as a host. We felt like honored guests, and even got to meet her new kitten. Other standouts include free onsite laundry, a stocked small kitchen, a Toto toilet, fast internet, bedside chargers and slippers. It felt like having my own apartment in Tokyo. If you see availability, book it. I look forward to another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Away from hustle and bustle. Very quiet and peaceful within walking distance from Shinjuku. The hosts were fabulous. Room is clean, modern and plentiful. Loved this place. Highly recommended.

Our visit was wonderful. The hosts Yasuko and Akira paid great detail to ensure our stay was good. The rooms are brand new and very nice. The in house laundry is a great addition too.

10 days mom and daugter trip
I stayed at Studio Inn Nishi-Shinjuku for 10 days with my 16-y old daughter. The place was absolutely perfect for us! Nice and comfortable, possibility to cook some simple stuff, deep enough bath tub for a tall western girl to have a bath in. Very homey which was nice after walking around the city for hours! Supersoft blankets in the bed :) The location is very nice, walkable distance (approx. 20min) from Shinjuku station, but also buses from just around the corner dircetly to Shinjuku and Shibuya stations. Hatsudai station was at about 5 mins walk away and the Keio New Line stops there, conveniently connecting us to other lines all around Tokyo. Also you have a chance to use the washing machine and dryer downstairs in the laundry room, no need to pack for 10 days stay! Hotel contacted us in advance and during our stay via Hotels.com chat, to arrange everything. The room was as expected from Hotels.com description and photos. More spacious actually than what I expected! Really liked this place and will definitely stay again if ever coming back to Tokyo!

A good place to live
the position is so good to travelers! It neat bus station for 涉41 and 渉45, these 2 Bus are directly to Shinjuku west station where you can transit to everywhere in Tokyo!! The room is very clean and have a little kitchen that you can cook by yourself.

We had a wonderful stay here, it's just one station from the busy Shinjuku station, which made it a wonderful place to travel from every day but at the same time it was very quit. The owner was very friendly and gave us some wonderful tips! The studio itself is very nice and well proportioned and has everything you need for your trip. We definitely recommend staying here!
