The check-in scanner did not accept my infant's residence card because there's no picture. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Paid more than $320 per night (USD) but for the amount spent, the room is too small. No place to move or open luggage. There are no staff. I had to do my own check in by scanning my passports. There is no one onsite to ask for extra towels. We tried 4 different cards that had enough money to cover the price, all were rejected and the representative for the hotel over the phone kept insisting we continue to try so our banks flagged 2 of the cards and the other two just kept showing error, after an hour someone showed up and just repeated the tablet process, didn't work so they took me to the 7-11 to take money out to cover it. Finally get into the room and the beds were like a slab of concrete.
