The hotel is new and in good conditions but the room is very small with thin wall. Nice 140cm bed but there’s no blackout curtain or shades and gets very bright in evening and morning. The front desk staff and cleaning lady are friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the bed was spacious. There wasn't much noise issues on the higher floors. Room cleaning service is done everyday. There was a hair dryer and daily necessities such as shampoo/body wash/towels. Only a small issue for guests staying longer is that the washing machines take very long (my wash cycle was stuck at 13 minutes for 30 minutes) and the dryer can't dry thicker clothes such as denim & knitwear in 1 cycle. However there are laundry shops nearby for other options. There is not much food choices near the hotel, but the food street is about 10 minutes walk away. TCAT building has MacDonald's and some Japanese food options.
