The hotel was excellent in every category and very convenient for transportation. It provided a wide variety of complimentary amenities such as: pyjamas, slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste, facial and eye masks, bath salts, hairbrush, kettle & assorted teas and coffees etc. I highly recommend Remm+ Ginza hotel.

Clean room and spacious compared to other Tokyo hotels standard room sizes. Staff are helpful. Just wished they can directly facilitate taxi reservations. Otherwise, hotel location is perfect.

Had a fantastic stay here! Super friendly staff, super attentive! Very comfortable bed and the massage chair was such a nice thing to have when I spent the entire day walking around with a heavy backpack! Definitely will be the first hotel I consider when I am back in Tokyo!

This a classic favorite for my Japan trips. Clean rooms, helpful staff and right at the heart of Ginza. 6 min walk to Ginza station for quick transport and a family mart right around the corner for delicious treats. It has Orca brewery literally right next door for a nice IPA and the staff is really helpful. Lots of amenities and courtesies including a disposable tooth paste and tooth brush packages for emergencies which is not a lot by itself but shows you the kind of quality hotel this is. Location in a great part of the city but away enough from the noise so you can rest makes this the kind of hotel you can check in, take a bath and just go to the theatre, whiskey bar of omakase right after an 11 hour flight. Great hotel on a more sophisticated elegant part of Tokyo.

Room is clean, doesn’t have a musty smell. Basic room with space for 2 huge luggage (28&29inch) to be placed on the ground yet still be able to walk around. Location wise is a definite 5 star, 1 min walk to Donki (24hrs) and 5mins walk to Ginza line train station. Great location for those that are on leisure or business trip! Just to note its near fire station hence there might be some random jump scares when sirens are turned on.

The location was great. Right beside the 24hr don quijote store, 2 tiny blocks to the main street in Ginza but very quiet. As first time visitors to Tokyo, my mom and I had no difficulty finding our way around the hotel and walking to the subway station from the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was very easy the staffs were helpful and polite. I appreciated the cleanliness of the building and the room. The room was a bit small as expected in Tokyo but there was enough space to have our 2 luggages open. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was simple but tasty. Nothing too heavy. Overall it was a great 3 nights stay and i definitely would consider staying here if i visit tokyo again.
