The beds were very comfortable, and the room was generally clean. Despite being on the 5th floor facing the intersection, the noise from the street was surprisingly muted – much quieter than some reviews suggested. While some guests mentioned the staff being indifferent or not engaging in small talk, it's important to understand that this is typical of Japanese service, which tends to be more formal and reserved. The hotel is conveniently located near Kachidoki Station, with bus access to Tokyo Station and Ginza.
