The staff was kind, everything was very clean and well maintained, and our room was cozy! I loved the showers as well. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to hang out. We stayed for a little over a week and will most likely book again for our next visit!

Perfect place to stay with family for first time to Tokyo trip. Easy access to subway station, lots of restaurants, and souvenir shops. Lovely views from the rooftop terrace.

The location is good. The so-called included "Breakfast" was conbin-store style pastry and snacks. And was actually a 1000yen credit you needed to pay if the consumed items exceed the amount. Room is clean, size is same as other economy inn like APA. The amenities quality was not better than APA, if not worse.. The room does not have body lotion, nor it was available at the amenities counter on 1/f. In summary, there was not much difference from APA, but more expensive just because of the brand.

Location was walking distance to lots of things. We were a family of 5 (2 under 2 yrs) so the room was very small. Not much room to lay out more than 1 luggage at a time or fit stroller at all. Place was clean, air conditioning worked great and was needed as it was quite hot and humid in the room. The staff was not overly friendly or helpful. We had hoped to store our bags at a different OMO3 location as we had activities closer to that area but they were not willing even though it’s supposed to be a family of resorts.

Spotless facility, comfortable room; and I loved the location! Right across the street from Asakusa Shrine, with tons of places to eat just a short walk away. Asakusa Station is about a 3 minute walk, another plus. And very friendly staff to boot! I’d stay there again.
