This is perfect for solo travellers. The hotel is clean and staff were helpful and friendly . I just wish they have small food options tho, but it is not a problem for there are lots of restaurants and convenient store down stairs by the street. I only stayed a night and I was feeling rested despite it was my first time using capsule type hotel. I would come back for solo travels.
The rooms were great with plenty of storage underneath, and comfy beds. Came with towels, a toothbrush, and soap already in the showers. Any extra things needed were cheap and everything made my stressful trip a bit easier to maintain. The water pressure was great and the showers and bathroom were very clean.
I loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, there was secure storage for personal items, the bathrooms were cleaned every day and amenities including PJs were provided. The location was also great! So close to the train station, cafes, convenience stores and walking distance to lots of local sights. I would absolutely stay here again!
Everything was wonderful. Rooms were ready for us when we got there. Nearby restaurants were good. Hotel was close to a river walk that was lovely. Would stay again.
The booth concept is great, everything is very clean, the showers are great and there’s always hot water. A couple of things: this isn’t a “hostel”, despite the fact that everyone sleeps in a large room together. The mattress is quite thin so there isn’t much back support if that matters to you.
I love the place and the service was phenomenal! Sato helped me carry my luggage all the way to the train station. She’s the sweetest! I love her! I’ll definitely go back!
This was my first time at a capsule hotel and I loved it! The hotel is easy to find and right next to the metro, which made getting around really easy. It's got a cool vibe and it was nice to see a variety of folks staying there. The pods are clean and incredibly private, with your own TV (w/complimentary headphones) and luggage storage that locks directly underneath your pod. The bathrooms were pristine, with all the amenities you could ask for (blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, tooth brushes, etc). The staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help with any questions I had. I would happily stay here again anytime!
The room and washrooms were very clean and the pods were very spacious and had a large compartment to put all your luggage. Couldn’t recommend it more! Great location, right on top of the subway station and within walking distance of the river and Asakusa!
The property was clean, the amenities were great, and it was located next to the subway/train station for easy access. I had a very comfortable stay. I loved the capsule room experience in Japan. Highly recommend.
