Room was clean and spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Having a washer/dryer in the room is a deal breaker. Staff helpful and easy to talk to despite communication barrier. Although train stations are walking distance, they are still a significant walk especially if you are travelling with older adults or children. Convenience stores are also not very close. If you prefer a quieter side of Tokyo, this accommodation is for you.

The overall experience was great! We were able to fit 4 people. It was tight but managable, we were only there to sleep. Location was great and close to Akihabara Electric town and very close to Yodabashi.

Nice location with an 8 minute walk to the train station. Rooms are clean, staff was friendly, the room had a washer dryer combo in the bathroom, at a full kitchen. The hotel also provided umbrellas at the lobby which came in handy because it was drizzling. Plenty of restaurants to and from the train station. Electric town was also nearby. I would definitely stay there again.
