Our family had an amazing stay at MIMARU! The hotel was exceptionally clean, spacious, and perfect for families. Amazing place: clean and beautiful, just like pictured. I stayed with my husband and six children in Ninja suite, most of the family members are very tall and we were very comfortable. The beds and bedding are great. The only problem that there is no shelves or drawers, but nice that there are plenty of closets with hangers. The kitchen is well stocked and good design. The hotel is close to Ueno park. (check out the opening of lotus flowers early in the morning when you still wakeup early after the time change :) ). They are gorgeous. Proximity to transportation is great. Skyliner from Norita airport is nearby, which is a huge plus, multiple subway lines are a brisk walk as well.

The property is close to the train stations. Very convenient to travel around Tokyo. The staffs were also very helpful, especially Dong - thanks for that. It is only a short distance to shops, restaurants, Ameyoko street, and Ueno Park/Zoo. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. Next time we are in Tokyo, we will come back to this property again.

Really nice hotel for a family of 6. Queen sized bed in a separate room for mom and dad. And 4 twin beds for the kids. Very clean hotel. Great location. Short subway ride to Asakusa. Quiet neighborhood compared to Shibuya which was very crowded and bustling. Coin laundry washers in the lobby level was very handy. Detergent included.

The rooms were well designed and good for purpose. The location was better than expected as I thought maybe a tad far from Ueno (12 mins walk), but closer station Ueno-Okachimmachi, 3 mins away, actually has more convenient connections. We intend to return to same room next year. Staff were very welcoming

All the staff were 10/10 excellent. Facilities were great and the on property laundry area was a pleasant surprise! Everything was super convenient. And the location is perfect. Easy to get on any of the main transit lines and a short walk to Akihabara as well as some decent shopping in the Ueno area. Would definitely stay here again.
