Excellent location. Quite comfortable room in the heart of Shinjuku's night life. A couple of blocks from the train station and just 35 minutes in Uber from Haneda's airport. Please if you have kids, be aware first of everything is going on at Shinjuku. It is quite safe, but I would recommend it to families with young adults at least. I totally recommend it.
