The self-service check-in and check-out were smooth, and the buffet was decent for the reasonable price. The staff were very pleasant and quick to help—when my husband had trouble with the aircon, assistance came right away. The aircon worked perfectly (nice and cold!), and the whole place was very clean, including the laundry room. I also loved having a convenience store inside the hotel. Fresh towels were delivered without us even asking, which made us feel really taken care of. The rooms are a bit small, but for the price, it’s very fair.
