Great location. Very quiet but close to a train station and walking distance to many of the sites.
The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The hotel staff were lovely.
Super convenient location, just a short walk from the heart of shinjuku. There’s a tunnel from the hotel that takes you all the way to shinjuku station. The breakfast was great and staff were super helpful. Would stay again!
The location is excellent, close to Shinjuku Station; therefore all parts of Tokyo are accessible via train or subway. In addition to modern restaurants, traditional izakaya are within a short walk from the hotel. The hotel offers convenient breakfast dining as well as delicious sushi in the evening.
Perfect place to stay for a visit to Tokyo. The rooms are excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. It also is convenient to all public transportation.
The hotel is not a far walk from Shinjuku station. There are many places to get food within the area. There is also a nice park a short walk away. The staff are wonderful.
Large hotel with a good location. Lots of dining options and a nice lounge area on the 47th floor. Decent sized room with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent as it was close to the Shinjuku station, the Observatory in the Government Building, and Chuo Park. The airport limousine bus for both Narita and Haneda stopped right outside the lobby which made it easy to travel to the airport at a reasonable price.
Nice hotel, but a bit old. Lobby and hallways are renovated, but rooms are dated. The bathroom especially looks and feels like a cruise bathroom. Amenities are decent.
Best thing about this hotel is the 7-Eleven in the basement, operating 24/7 I think.
Location is close to subway station and across from government building if you want to go to the observation deck.
This is a beautiful property on the quieter side of Shinjuku. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially by going with the Grand Premiere upgrade. The rooms were beautifully upgraded and the amenities such as the breakfast and lounge access were a nice addition to an already special trip.
