This hotel is very reasonably priced, clean, comfortable & in a great location. Close to Nippori train station but surprisingly quiet, especially at night. Breakfast was included in my package & was very nice with ample selection. I also had a set menu dinner which was lovely & very good value for money. Staff are friendly & the room was clean with everything I need.

Close to train station and that is a good thing because there is really nothing to do in the immediate area. Hotel is clean and haa everything needed to be comfortable however you need transportation to see Tokyo other than the neighborhood the hotel is in.

Staff were gracious. Breakfast was a wonderful multi-faceted experience featuring both American and Japanese cuisine. The hotel was clean and well-kept plus convenient to train station and various shops and restaurants. The air conditioner worked well but because the weather was rainy, the AC made our room too cold. This was the only drawback; everything else was great.

The key to this hotel is to request a double room—one with two double beds. You get more space and a bigger, more comfortable bathroom! Once we moved from the room with a single bed to the double, we were happy! The staff here is very professional and courteous. Breakfast is extensive, although the scrambled eggs are runny.
