One of the hangers for the shower head was broken, and the a/c units were in a hallway directly next to my room. No door/wall separating the rooms from outside noises. I was woken up every night by rattling air conditioning/ heating units. Overall it looked like the hotel has seen better days. Not filthy but not as clean as other hotels in the area. For the price I paid ( $900 for 4 days ), I was pretty disappointed. Definitely not staying there again. The non smoking room we got smelled like a smoking room, the shower curtains has mold and the air vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned. I had to ask the staff to take away our blankets because they were filled with white stains and hair. Looked like they had not been washed in a while. They were able to come back a few minutes later with just one back and if was also dirty. Never heard from them until i had to ask the front desk a day later if we could have blankets. Items in the room were dusty, I had to wipe everything down.
