Staff was very helpful but sometimes there was a language barrier, but nothing that we couldn’t work through. Room was a very good size, had all the amenities (microwave was in the lobby). The only negative was the carpets in both of the rooms were stained in a number of places and looked dirty. The room is spacious and it have everything you need. Very decent location, not too far away from public transportation. The only problem is they turn off the lobby’s light after 12am. Had high hopes and it was an okay stay. Quite and comfortable rooms, very spacious, so big plus there. The room wasn't unclean, but it showed some more age and lack of care in other areas. The washroom sink had some kind of carpeting that was aged and peeling, I would endorse upgrades there or removal of it completely. The area of the hotel doesn't have all too much happening, but that can't be helped. We went bed only for all of our hotels and looked for bakeries and coffee bars to start the day off- this was the right decision. This hotel is excellent, clean, modern with lots of space. We are a fam of 3 but you can easily accommodate 1 more with ease.
