The room was a good size, a little bigger than average for Japan. Bathroom was a very good size, excellent shower and included a bath tub. Towels changed every day on request and cleaned on day 3 (if staying more than 2 nights). Good location and very quiet on an evening. Would recommend if looking for a place to stay in Shinjuku.

The location is fantastic! The staff were great. Hotel was clean and confortable! It’s literally 3 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars. About 9 minutes walking distance from Shinjuku station. Overall, we had a great experience!

Nice hotel, do recommend it. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us even with a restaurant reversation change. Only thing is that it´s quite a distance if you want to go to the Shinjuku JR station. Other than that all very good!

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and willingness to help with anything we needed truly made a difference and made our experience even more special. It’s not always easy to find such attentive and caring service, and we are so grateful for it. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!
