Clean room. Convenient location, not super close to the subway, but close enough if you don’t mind a small walk. Safe area and the room was super comfy. No staff in the front desk, but the robots did a good job helping me check in. Toiletries being available to grab in the lobby were a huge and lovely plus. I would definitely stay again.

pretty unique hotel as I have never been checked in by a dinosaur aha. I enjoyed the check in, it was very quick, simple and easy. Only a 10min train ride to the airport. Was only a 5min walk to the station.

Hôtel où l'accueil est géré par des robots, mais présence en coulisse d'un "humain" si besoin. 1er établissement lors de notre arrivée pour la 1ère fois à Tokyo, très chouette. Navette très utile depuis l'aéroport. 1 navette toutes les heures le soir. Un kombini à moins de 200m. Donc très pratique pour une arrivée au Japon à 23h... L'hôtel est correcte, propre, coin repas (ce qu'on n'a pas trouvé dans d'autres établissements par la suite). Le petit déjeuner met tout de suite dans le bain. J'y retournerai sans problème.

夜中の便で空港に着きましたが、予定の時間にバスを見つけられず電話も出てもらえず、また2日前にメールでバス停の確認のお願いをしていましたが、返信も来ず、ホテルへ泊まる気も失せました。結局、タクシーに乗り運転手の紹介で別の場所に泊まりました。 個人的な意見ですが、楽しい旅にしたかったらこのホテルはおすすめできません。

飛行機の遅延で急遽、泊まらせていただいたのにも関わらず、部屋をグレードアップしていただき、クレヨンしんちゃんのコラボの部屋に泊まらせていただきました！！しんちゃんたちだらけの部屋で、とてもかわいく、お風呂も広く、快適に過ごす事ができました！

We had a great stay here. The check in process was much easier this time.. and the dinosaurs create so much fun! Our room was clean and tidy. We did not like the pillows, but I understand that’s personal choice. Great hotel close to the airport station restaurants and convenience stores.

It was so fun to stay at hen na hotel. Shuttle bus from Haneda airport was convenient, checking process was easy and fun. Price is reasonable. Room was clean, and I liked their manga service. I would stay here again.
