I loved that it was within somewhat walking distance (26 minutes) to Kappabashi kitchen street. The downsides were that the room was cramped with a giant steamer taking up space, there was no storage (just 4 hangers), and their safe didn't work. But the bare bones amenities seem to be typical of "business hotels". You basically live out of your luggage and don't have a spot to lay out your clothes. You also never see any staff because the front desk is a couple of robots. The location was absolutely fantastic. Great restaurants all around us and so close to the subway and trains. We would stay here again. A slightly lower rating for staff and service because the only staff available didn’t speak English and the robots couldn’t exactly help us when we had a question.
