Good location, this hotel only a few minutes walk from Shinagawa Seaside Station (Rinkai Line), there’s Aeon supermarket nearby and easy access to the Haneda Airport Bus (in walking distance). I’ve been using this hotel many times since opening, the rooms are a bit old perhaps need improvements. The staff (Mr Kudo) was so helpful. Somehow my room was smelly and he helped to change it. Sadly in Japan, some hotels still have smoking rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at Hearton Hotel Higashishinagawa. The location was perfect, out of the way and not over crowded with tourist. Shinagawa Seaside Station right across the street and easy to access other popular areas. Nearby convenient stores and a few eateries. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. We appreciated their assistance in arranging luggage delivery to our next hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!
