As comfortable as i expected a capsule to be. 1st floor is reception, 2-4 are rooms(with beds, balcony, safe for valuables, toilets and sink area), and 5th floor is lounge with showers, washing machines/dryers, vending machine, microwave, fridge, tv, table, and chairs. All areas were very clean. Towels, detergent, earplugs, slippers and more were sold at reception. Less than 15 minutes walk from the trains and Sensoji Temple. There was some space under the bottom capsule to hold luggage which was nice. But if it didnt fit, you could leave it downstairs with Reception. Elevator was small, would only fit 1-2 people, but quick. Only ranges from 1st to 4th floors though.
