We had a large Japanese room. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. The front desk clerk, I think his name was Yu, was friendly and helpful. He made us feel like houseguests instead of hotel guests. Another clerk who was super nice was Risa. She is always smiling and friendly. Risa and Yu made us feel very welcome. The room itself was very clean, spacious and had a nice bathroom. The staff was also very friendly and spoke enough English to help us.
