We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi for the first six nights of our trip to Japan and returned again for another five nights before flying home. It is truly an exceptional hotel and incredibly well managed. There is honestly nothing we could criticise. The rooms are beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and everything is designed to make your stay effortless and comfortable. What really makes the hotel special, however, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely efficient, professional and genuinely friendly. A very special thank you to the concierge and reception teams, who were wonderful throughout both of our stays and always ready to help. We absolutely loved our time here and would not hesitate to return. We highly recommend the Four Seasons Otemachi to anyone visiting Tokyo. A fantastic hotel and a memorable experience from beginning to end.
