The hotel is well located with a train statiin entrance next door. Rooms and bath very small but is normal in Japan. Front desk people were helpful. Easy check in.
We were a group of 4 and chose a no smoking room as we're all sensitive to the smells but our bathroom door was a bit yellow-ish, as if it was stained and there was still a noticeable smell in our room. The staff was great and thankfully able to receive our luggage transfer but but the elevators were tight and only 2 people with 2 luggage could fit in at a time. Shower curtain was a bit pink along the edge and the sink had some black stains on the caulk. Based on the photos, we thought it was going to be the fanciest of our 3 hotels but that turned out to not be the case. Ultimately, we only needed it for our last night and was fine if you just need a place to stay but for the cost per night, it was the more expensive of our hotels and the least nicest.
Expect small rooms, a standard in Japan We have stayed here twice before Close to station, and if you’re happy to walk around lots, it’s a good choice not too far but not too close to the main Shinjuku area - shops/Godzilla. If you want to go shopping at Don Quijote there’s one walking distance from the hotel. If you like bbq there’s 2 bbq places just past the station entrance. Laundry services for washing and drying - although allow Enough time for drying as 1 cycle will not be enough you’ll need at least 1hr min to dry unless it’s a small load .Tullys is next door for breakfast too We will be back to this hotel
Great location , little noisy but short walk to main square . Room was clean on the small side but when your out all day you don’t need a big space to sleep. Staff nice and knows English .
The room was absolutely disgusting. There were large, highly visible stains on the couch, all of the curtains, and throughout the carpet. Even the tissue dispenser was filthy — I actually had to wash it myself.
Pretty much every surface in the room was dirty and covered in dust. I had to get cleaning spray and clean the mirrors, desk, bathroom, bed frames, and chairs myself. The tissues I used to wipe everything down literally came away black.
The bathroom was another major issue. The floor drain, which collects water from the sink and shower, was completely clogged with an unbelievable amount of dirt and debris, presumably accumulated from previous guests over who knows how long. The drain was hidden underneath the sink behind a cover, so there was no way for us to see its condition beforehand. Eventually, the bathroom flooded while I was showering, and we had to clean the drain ourselves.
Be careful with the pillows as well. I noticed stains on them whenever the pillowcases came loose.
And do not pay the hotel for breakfast. The hotel gives you a voucher to use at the café next door, which includes only one food item and one coffee. It’s an extremely cheap café, yet the hotel charges significantly more for this “breakfast.” You’re much better off going there yourself or simply getting something from the Lawson right next door.
Overall, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. I have never stayed somewhere where I felt the need to clean this much of the room myself.
The rooms are so small that I can't even fit myself into them. The bathroom even smaller - almost claustrophobic. Don't get fooled by the photos. DON'T STAY HERE. You will regret it forever. Staff is unhelpful, rude, and act like entitled brats. I would give it a negative rating if I could. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL.
Amazing stay very convenient location right next to the underground 10 mins walk to the main station and plenty of food around the only thing people might might find are the rooms are small but when your in Japan you really only use the room a to sleep and wash in right ?
I really can’t complain about the hotel. It was clean and literally right next to a metro station (not a major one, though). Each room has its own air conditioner, which really helps during the summer. The rooms are small, but that’s pretty standard in Tokyo. And let’s be honest, you’ll only be there to sleep (and in Kabukicho, probably not even that!).
I saw some comments about noise coming from the nearby hospital, but you’ll probably be so tired that you won’t even notice it. It’s really not bad at all.
The staff isn’t particularly helpful or friendly, but honestly, I didn’t even need their assistance. Everything worked perfectly.
Hotel muy céntrico pero demasiado ruidoso, los sonidos de las ambulancias y de los bomberos más el tráfico era continuo toda la noche, nos llegaba incluso a despertar.

If you know hotels like this then you know what you’re getting. Great location. First timers, be aware that the rooms are small and the bathrooms are tight. I’m 6ft 200pounds (183cm 90kg) and it was always banging my elbows and knees on things in the bathroom.
i booked this place because the area is conveniently close to everything and prices are good, if you just want somewhere to leave your stuff and lay your head for the night
