Booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was smooth, the hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious with a large, comfortable bathroom.
The location is excellent and very convenient—close to Ginza 6, with a 24-hour 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. The Yūrakuchō Line station is only about a 2-minute walk, and the Ginza Line is around a 6-minute walk.
Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommended! Will definitely book here again when we are back in Tokyo.
Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice size bathroom. Free coffee/espresso/teas drinks in the lobby from 2:00-11:00pm. Nice selection of toiletries. Great location in Ginza, away from crowded area so nice & quiet for sleeping, but close enough to walk to main Ginza shopping strip.
This was a one night stay before going to the airport the next morning. We took a taxi from the train station in order to avoid the hassle of dragging suitcases through the streets. However, the hotel is close enough so that it would have been an easy walk.
We found hotel itself to be very comfortable. My wife and I are small people, so the room we had was fine. However, we were traveling with another couple who had large luggage, and they complained that the room was too small.
The breakfast was fine. I would have appreciated a greater variety of Japanese items on the buffet. But the quality of the food was good and tasty.
The hotel looks new and very clean. The rooms are smaller compared to American hotels. The location is amazing walking distance to the best shopping areas and train stations.
Location is good, there are Starbucks on 1F, drugstore, lawson, familymart, 711 convience stores right next door. The room size is not big, which seems common in tokyo. It can accommodate 2 luggages, will be very crowded if you have more.
Pretty clean room. And the room service was really good except for the last day of stay where things were not properly topped up.
Felt the room was a little too small but I hear it is the standard in Japan. But no other complaints. Also great location.
