The hotel is expensive but close transportation. No taxi needed from here to any place in Tokyo. Major JR lines and Shinkansen also within walking distance. Good restaurants, but expensive, also nearby. I will recommend to the travelers who opt in for concenimece over cost.

Extremely helpful staff that would sort any issues that arise. A huge number of restaurants and an amazing location. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming. Most staff we encounter spoke and or understood English. The hotel was beautiful, clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend. July 2026

The hotel is centrally located and easy access to the train station. Also very quiet and rooms are spacious. The only problem is check in time. We’re waiting for a bit. Breakfast is really good and you can do buffet or Japanese breakfast. Over all we are satisfied with our stays at the hotel

Convenient location. Walking distance to Ginza and easy access to other city centers. The hotel is a bit pricey side for the condition of the rooms. Most of hotel staffs were helpful and friendly though one lady at the front desk had a stiff manner.
