I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. Los electrodomesticos son japoneses pero te dan un documento en inglés de como usarlos, aunque algunos modeles no son los mismos. Buona posizione per visita città, a poca distanza da Ginza e dalla torre di Tokyo. Comodo angolo cottura ma letto a una piazza e mezzo stretto per due persone. Vincolante il pernottamento minimo di 6 notti. The apartment is nice and clean with most basic things provided. Washer did not have drying function, and model was not included in the long list of how machines operate (no english buttons) that came with the room. Desk is shallow but fine for a laptop. Shimbashi is a business area... not a lot to do there, but plenty of restaurants.
