It is a close walk to the subway and there is a great grocery store at the station. So, it's easy to cook in the apartment, which was perfect for us. It is also a very spacious apartment for the area and the washer/dryer was a huge plus after we'd been traveling for over a week. There is very minimal interaction with staff, so it's best for folks who can be independent. But we had never been to Japan before and we had no problems at all.
