We have read many positive reviews about this hotel and happy to say it was one of the top hotels in Japan. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. We drank a lot of water and having a water filter inside the room was the best! There are two choices for breakfast, Japanese or English. We got Japanese for two mornings and a bit disappointed that breakfast was the same on both mornings. Food was delicious…albeit if we knew what was being served we would have chose English the next morning. Modern, clean, quiet, convenient -perfect for our stay. You feel like you are right in the heart of the neighborhood. This adorable boutique hotel is very well kept and the staff are very friendly. We had the top floor which was an attic converted into a traditional Japanese room with tatami mats. It had two very nice clean and stylish bathrooms. You can see the sky tower lit up from the window. It had two small platform areas with room to set up futons. Or you could leave one side as a sitting area with a small table and floor-chairs if you only use two twin futons on one side. It was just big enough for 5 single futons and our bags but you could squeeze the 6 futons in there if you needed to. There just wouldn’t be much room for anything else. The showers were impressive with multiple settings and one had a very nice deep bathtub. Everything was very stylish and clean. Will highly recommend the place to those visiting Tokyo. Special thanks to the staff who assisted me by calling a taxi and provided the destination info to the taxi driver.
